I work where engineering meets business, translating between what's technically possible and what the business needs. I build the structure that lets teams in AI-driven healthcare and legaltech ship predictably: processes, planning rhythms, documentation, and tracking people trust. I used to think the hard part was the plan. It isn't. The hard part is testing the idea early enough to find out you were wrong.
